Elevate People LLC is a boutique HR consulting and executive advisory practice founded by Tiffany Mosher Taylor, a senior people-strategy leader with 30 years of progressive human resources experience—23 of them at the VP, SVP, CPO, or Head of People level. Tiffany has spent her career scaling high-growth organizations from Series A through Series D and beyond across SaaS, healthcare tech, AdTech, and professional services, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor to CEOs, founders, and boards.

Named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Massachusetts (2024) and recipient of Underscore VC’s Core Partner Award (2023), Tiffany brings both strategic depth and operational excellence to every engagement.
